About Trivia Clash
Trivia Clash is a short, fast general knowledge quiz. Instead of taking turns, all players answer simultaneously, so there is no waiting and no advantage from hearing someone else's guess. A full game is eight questions and takes about three minutes, which makes it easy to fit in a rematch.
Each game draws its questions at random from a mixed pool covering science, geography, history, technology, sports, nature, music, movies, food, maths, art and space. Every question is multiple choice with four options, and the order of the options is shuffled each time so memorising positions does not help.
Scoring rewards both accuracy and speed. A correct answer is worth 100 points plus a speed bonus of up to 60 that shrinks steadily as the clock runs down. Wrong answers and unanswered questions score nothing, and there is no penalty for guessing. After every question the correct answer and each player's points are shown before the next one begins.
It works for a quick solo test, a head-to-head with one friend or a small group quiz night in a private room. If top scores are level at the end, the game is declared a tie.
How to play Trivia Clash
- The goal is to finish eight questions with the highest score at the table.
- Each round, every player sees the same multiple-choice question with four possible answers.
- You have 15 seconds to choose. Your first choice is final and cannot be changed.
- A correct answer scores 100 points plus a speed bonus of up to 60. The faster you answer, the larger the bonus.
- A wrong answer or no answer scores zero. There are no negative points.
- When everyone has answered or time runs out, the correct answer and the points gained are revealed for a few seconds.
- After the eighth question the player with the most points wins. Equal top scores share the result as a tie.

Trivia Clash tips and strategy
- Accuracy outweighs speed. A slow correct answer is worth at least 100, while the entire speed bonus is only 60, so never rush into a guess you could have reasoned out.
- Always answer. There is no penalty for being wrong, so a guess in the final second is strictly better than leaving the question blank.
- Eliminate first. Ruling out two obviously wrong options turns a one in four guess into a coin flip, which over eight questions adds up.
- Read the whole question before looking at the options. Words such as not, first or largest are easy to skip when you are chasing the bonus.
- If you know it instantly, lock it in. The bonus drains evenly across the 15 seconds, so a three-second answer keeps roughly 48 of the 60 bonus points.
Trivia Clash FAQ
How many questions are in a game of Trivia Clash?
Eight. Each question allows up to 15 seconds, followed by a short reveal, so a full game takes around three minutes. The questions are picked at random from the pool each time, so consecutive games feel different.
Can I play this trivia game alone?
Yes. Trivia Clash supports a single player as well as groups of up to six. Solo play is useful for practice, and in Quick Match bots with varying accuracy can join so you still have scores to beat.
How is the score calculated?
Every correct answer earns a base of 100 points. On top of that you get a speed bonus worth up to 60 points, scaled by how much of the 15 seconds was left when you answered. Incorrect answers score nothing.
What topics does the quiz cover?
It is a general knowledge mix: science, geography, history, technology, sports, nature, music, movies, food, maths, art and space. Categories are shuffled together in each game, so being a specialist in one area will not carry you.
What happens if two players finish on the same score?
If the highest score is shared, the game ends as a tie between those players. Exact ties are uncommon because the speed bonus varies with reaction time, so two players with the same number of correct answers usually finish on different totals.
How many players do I need for Trivia Clash?
Trivia Clash supports 1 to 6 players. If a full table of real people isn't ready when you queue, MultiplayerHub fills the empty seats with bots instantly so the match starts without waiting.
Do I need to download anything or sign up to play Trivia Clash?
No. Trivia Clash runs entirely in your browser tab โ no app install, no account, no email required. Pick a name and you're matched within seconds.
Is Trivia Clash really free?
Free, always. Playing Trivia Clash does not require a purchase โ MultiplayerHub runs on ads instead of charging players.
Can I play Trivia Clash with a specific friend instead of strangers?
Create a private room from the Trivia Clash page to get a shareable room code, or enter a code a friend already sent you to jump straight into their table.
